Usually people spend a day off from work sleeping in and relaxing. Oh no...not our household! Mommy got up and was out the door by 5:10 am for 5:30 am yoga and she said there were about 25 people there and about 45 at the 9 am class...Good thing she didn't wait till that later class!
She spent the rest of the morning doing laundry while Daddy did projects around the house and yard...put up a sun shade on the deck, paint the stairs, and set up a sprinkler system. By late afternoon, we were ready to head to Kapolei for Aine's 1st birthday party. We saw Aine and big sis Sacha in Seattle when we ate dinner at their house during Spring Break. They're here to visit family, and we hope they move back here soon because I had so much fun playing with Sacha. We flew kites, blew bubbles, played fun games like a photo scavenger hunt (you're so creative Aunty Maila!) and I got to see how big 6 week old Conner/Coby has gotten.
We ate a lot of food at the Chinese restaurant afterwards and even sang Happy Birthday to Aine, even though they forgot a candle. She's such a cutie though. But, we were all tired and by the time we drove back into town it was way past my bedtime!
